Easy and Quick Recipe for Pickled Chillies

 

Pickled Chillies 

If you don't usually eat fresh chillies,and you find the heat overwhelming. You will really love pickled chillies because some of the heat is lost during the pickling process. 

Ingredients 
-300g Green and red chillies 
-300ml Warm water
-200ml White vinegar 
-2 Tsp Sea salt 
-4 Tbsp Icing sugar
-4 Cloves garlic 
-1 Tsp Black peppercorns 
-4 Staranise 
-6 Bay leaves 


Method: 
1.Rinse your chillies in a colander with warm water,and some of them slice in half. 
2.Place your chillies into a sterilized jars
3.Mix in the remaining ingredients in the jars and pour into the jars over the chillies.
4.Cover the jars and keep in the fridge for a few weeks.
